Absolutely. We have to ensure freshness due to our Taste before you Pay guarantee. Every Musang King durian is carefully selected, freshly packed on the day of delivery, and delivered to ensure maximum freshness, creamy texture, and authentic flavor.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the Klang Valley, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, and nearby areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, simply contact us via WhatsApp.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes. We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) with a small 20% deposit to confirm your order. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery, after you taste the durian.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered on the date of your choice. This can be on the same day. However, same-day delivery slots fill up quickly due to limited daily stock. We do not leave our durians overnight. Do contact us if you need more information about the available delivery slots.
How should I store my durian?
For the best taste, enjoy your Musang King immediately after delivery. If needed, store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or freeze it in an airtight container for longer storage.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with any quality issues, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll provide you with a free replacement or simply refund your deposit.
